Welcome to Deleteazy. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Deleteazy platform, an online service that enables automated organization and management of emails in accounts connected to Google.

By using Deleteazy, you agree to these Terms:

1. About the Service

Deleteazy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to automate bulk email management based on defined filters. The service:

• Moves selected emails to the trash;
• Does not permanently delete emails;
• Does not remove emails sent by the user;
• Does not remove emails marked as favorites;
• Does not alter the original content of emails.

Permanent deletion of emails depends exclusively on Gmail's own rules and settings.

All selected emails are sent exclusively to the Gmail Trash, where:

• They are stored for up to 30 days;
• They can be restored at any time by the user;
• No permanent deletion is performed directly by Deleteazy.

2. Account and Authentication

To use Deleteazy, login is required exclusively through a Google account using secure OAuth authentication. By connecting your account:

• You authorize Deleteazy to access your Gmail account according to the permissions granted;
• Access can be revoked at any time directly in your Google account settings;
• Deleteazy does not have access to your password.

Deleteazy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google.

Deleteazy is undergoing official verification with Google. During this period, when logging in, a 'Not verified app' warning screen may appear. This does not indicate a security risk; the app only requests the permissions necessary to perform the actions you authorize. You can proceed by clicking 'Advanced' and 'Access Deleteazy'.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing filters before executing any action;
• You are responsible for the consequences of moving your emails;
• You will not use the service for illegal or abusive activities;
• You will only use it on accounts for which you have legitimate authorization.

4. Service Limitations

Deleteazy acts solely as an automation tool based on rules defined by the user.

The service does not guarantee:

• Recovery of emails after permanent deletion by the provider;
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• Continuous availability of the service.

Issues arising from failures in Google, Gmail, or external APIs are not the responsibility of Deleteazy.

5. Plans and Access

Deleteazy may offer free or paid plans. The company reserves the right to:

• Change available features;
• Modify plans and functionality;
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, including software, brand, design, and features, belong to Deleteazy.

Copying, reproduction, or reverse engineering of the platform is prohibited without express authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Deleteazy is not liable for:

• Loss of emails resulting from actions taken by the user;
• Indirect damages or lost profits;
• Misuse of the platform.

Use of the service is at the user's sole risk.

8. Suspension or Termination

Deleteazy may suspend or terminate user access in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent use;
• Attempts to exploit or attack the platform.

9. Subscriptions and Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or lifetime subscription at any time through the user dashboard. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account from the platform.

To delete your account and all associated data, including statistics and subscription information, you must first cancel any active subscription. Once the account is deleted, your data will be permanently removed from Deleteazy.

• The user may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that they have not used any premium features available under the subscribed plan.
• After this period, canceling a subscription will keep access to the subscribed features until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the period ends, the account will automatically revert to the free plan without any additional charges.
• Refund requests may be submitted through the platform's support area or by email contact@deleteazy.com

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, regardless of conflicts with legal provisions of other countries.
