Welcome to Deleteazy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service, which allows you to automate the organization and management of emails in accounts connected to Google. By using Deleteazy, you agree to this Privacy Policy:

1. What data we collect

We only collect statistical data about processed emails, including:

• Total number of emails processed;
• Total size of emails processed;

No email content is stored or accessed by Deleteazy. We do not collect your Gmail password or sensitive information beyond what is necessary for OAuth authentication.

While using Deleteazy, information such as email subject, sender, and snippet may be displayed in the user dashboard to enable filtering and bulk deletion.

This data is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on our servers.

2. How we use data

The data collected is used exclusively to provide the service, including:

• Generating statistics;
• Displaying information in the user dashboard.
• Temporary usage monitoring for logs and debugging.

We do not share this information with third parties.

3. Storage and security

Collected statistics are stored securely and in anonymized form. No email content or personal information is retained permanently.

All communications between Deleteazy and Gmail are encrypted via HTTPS, ensuring the security of transmitted data. Access to emails is only performed with the user's permission via OAuth.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Deleteazy uses cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for the functioning of the platform, including:

• Authentication and session maintenance;
• Security during the Google OAuth login process;
• Protection against malicious activities;
• Temporary storage of user preferences in the browser.

These cookies are essential for the service to operate and are not used for advertising, behavioral tracking, or sharing with third parties for commercial purposes. Users can manage or remove cookies directly in their browser settings, understanding that this may affect the functionality of the platform.

5. Authentication and Access

Deleteazy requires authentication exclusively via Google OAuth. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Account security settings. We never have access to your password.

6. Subscription and Payments

To provide paid plans (monthly or lifetime), payment information may be processed by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store sensitive credit card information on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the user dashboard. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your platform account.

7. Third Parties and APIs

To operate, Deleteazy accesses your Gmail account through the official Google API using permissions granted by the user via OAuth.

• Reading email metadata;
• Modifying emails (such as moving messages to Trash).
• The modification permission is used exclusively to perform actions explicitly requested by the user within the platform, such as moving selected emails to the Trash.
• Deleteazy does not send emails on behalf of the user, does not modify the content of messages, does not permanently delete emails, and does not share user data with third parties.

Access can be revoked at any time by the user through the Google Account security settings.

Deleteazy uses the gmail.modify scope exclusively to move emails to the Trash, according to actions requested by the user. This scope is not used for reading content, sending messages, or any other modification besides moving emails to the Trash.

8. User Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data, including statistics and subscription information, directly within the platform. To delete an account, any active subscription must first be canceled. After deletion, all data is permanently removed from Deleteazy.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
